Note: Since our products are handcrafted from recycled waste, there may be slight variations in shape, size, or color. These unique differences make each piece special and one-of-a-kind.

We take pride in crafting sustainable and upcycled products with care. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns:

• Wrong product received
• Item received in damaged condition
• Missing product or components from the order

Conditions for Return:

• Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• We require an unboxing video or photos as proof for damage or mismatch claims

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or custom-made products
• Items with minor imperfections due to their handcrafted nature
• Sale/discounted items, unless damaged

Refund Policy

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within 5–7 business days after approval

Refunds are applicable:

• Only after the product is returned and inspected
• In case of undeliverable shipments returned to the sender

Shipping Charges:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Reverse pickup charges may apply if the return is not due to our error
