Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your order. At Kraft Reborn,
We aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly experience while being mindful of our production and sustainability efforts.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun

Cancellation Process:

• To request a cancellation, email us at support@kraftreborn.com with your Order ID.
• If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm and process it within 2 working days.
• A full refund (if prepaid) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation by Kraft Reborn:

• In rare situations, Kraft Reborn reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of stock, logistical issues, or fraudulent transactions.
• In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
